WAYS TO CONSIDER DURING PREGNANCY IN STAYING HEALTHY

1. EATING THE RIGHT FOOD. MAINTAINING A HEALTHY DIET. CONSIDER EGG POWDERS FOR PROTEIN.
2. DOCTOR CHECKUP FOR PRENATAL CARE.
3. DAILY EXERCISE VISIT YOUR DOCTOR FOR RECOMMENDATIONS.
4. DRINKING AND TAKING VITAMINS. BOTH FOR YOU AND THE BABY.
5. ALWAYS PRACTICE SAFE SEX.
6. DRINKING PLENTY OF WATER MORE THAN NORMAL.
